LT20B – LOW BUDGET WOODWORKING EQUIPMENT

The LT20B is designed to be a low budget sawmill that can be installed quickly and easily. It is a popular solution for small to medium-sized woodworking enterprises, as well as for larger ones looking for an opportunity to easily diversify with new products. The LT20B can process logs up to 80 cm in diameter and 4.8-8.4 m long with the standard frame. Extension sections can be added and virtually any length of logs can be split.

The low frame height of the LT20B is an advantage when loading logs. Log handling is manual. The carcasses are fixed on the frame by clamps and counter supports. The escapement jacks are operated by hand crank. The LT20B head cutter offers all the benefits of Wood-Mizer technology. With the SW Setworks electronic device included as standard, you simply set the desired thickness and get quick head positioning for each cut. Forward and reverse movement is provided by an adjustable mechanized feed. A water tank ensures direct wetting of the strip for better cutting and keeps it clean. The adjustable band guide ensures band stability while cutting different sizes of material. The tape tension is easily adjusted and ensures the correct tension on the tape during cutting. Wood-Mizer offers a wide range of banding strips at reasonable prices for practically any working conditions, to achieve high productivity and low material consumption.

Add the Bark Peeler, which cleans the Bark of impurities and extends the life of the tape. Remote control is an ideal way to position the operator in one place with a control panel. Petrol and diesel engines are also available as an option.
