The LT40 Series bandsaws are a staple machine in thousands of successful woodworking businesses around the world. They are designed to withstand harsh working conditions ensuring constant production.

The LT40 can split logs up to 90 cm in diameter and 5-8.6 m long. Available in manual, conventional hydraulics or super hydraulics log handling.

With the SW Setworks electronics included as standard, you simply set the desired thickness and get quick head positioning for each cut. Forward and reverse movement is provided by an adjustable mechanized feed.
A water tank ensures direct wetting of the strip for better cutting and keeps it clean. The mechanized movement of the belt guide ensures the stability of the belt while cutting different sizes of material. The tape tension is easily adjusted and ensures the correct tension on the tape during cutting.

Popular equipment for LT40

You can have full mobility of your van by adding a trailer as an additional equipment. Also available as an option, a scraper extends the life of the belt by cleaning mud and stones from the logs. Different drive options are available such as petrol, electric or diesel engine.
