Horizontal Resaw HR115

The HR115 horizontal sheeting machine is equipped as standard with more options and power for high productivity up to 25m per min. It quickly processes prisms up to 400mm wide and 280mm thick. The maximum cutting height is 280 mm.

The HR115 is equipped with a mechanized head down/up movement. A device for setting thicknesses is available as an option. The feed speed is infinitely adjustable up to 25 m/min according to the type of material.

To increase cutting accuracy, the HR115 has two pressure rollers as standard. Front, back and side roller table facilitate the handling of the materials and the return of the prism when needed for reprocessing. A head tilting system (0° to 8°) allows to produce planks with a trapezoidal cross-section.
