The BMT300 industrial toothsetter is designed with features for professional blade sharpening businesses and large sawmill companies. Maximum blade width is 75mm, and the feed rate is up to 24 teeth per minute. Standard chamfering modes can establish a chamfering pattern and automatically adjust teeth that have very high chamfering. After emptying the bandsaw blade, the device simply stops or rechecks the tape to make sure the tape is correct. Minimum and maximum permissible deviations in chaprase can be adjusted.
