WM3500 – THIN AND NARROW BAND PRODUCTION BAND FOR INDUSTRIAL WOOD PRODUCTION

The WM3500 is a proven industrial thin and narrow band saw for primary processing of logs and for splitting logs that cannot be processed on an automated line. The WM3500 delivers higher throughput and has lower investment and operating costs than alternative technologies, offering the opportunity to increase profit and rapidly expand production.

The WM3500 requires only one operator to handle log handling, whipping and board removal. Powerful electronics, centralized control and heavy-duty hydraulics allow the operator to focus on producing quality wood at high productivity levels. Thanks to the wide distance between the belt guides, the WM3500 can split large diameter logs with the help of a two-way chain turner, hydraulic lifting rollers and a load-resistant press.

The WM3500 uses thin and narrow webs that maximize throughput and minimize waste and operating costs – increasing profitability and competitiveness.
