Conventional dryers
Drying chambers with a capacity of 20 m3 to 300 m3. Dryers are designed according to the size of the materials to be loaded. Loading can be frontal with a forklift or tunnel with trolleys. They are suitable for drying both deciduous and coniferous species. The final moisture content of the material is set in the program depending on the required use of the material.
Cameras for heat treatment of pallets
They allow processing of pallets and packages according to the ISPM-15 FAO standard. Incoplan offers a combined cycle in which drying and thermal treatment of the material are carried out at the same time.
Steam chambers – STEAM LINE
Steam chambers achieve the desired color of the wood, uniformity and reduction of the internal stresses of the material.
Condensation dryers
They work on the principle of condensing water vapor through a heat pump. They are suitable where only electricity is available for power supply. They achieve very good quality especially with hard wood (oak, beech, etc.)
Mini drying chambers for timber – DRY LINE
These are chambers of small dimensions that can be equipped as conventional dryers, condensation dryers and/or heat treatment chambers. The capacity of these chambers is from 2-3 cubic meters to 20 cubic meters of wood.
